I was able to persuade my wife to hire Paella Chef Jose for her birthday party last Sunday--best decision we made! The bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese were a great appetizer, the beautiful garden salad and absolutely delicious Caesar salad were huge, and the tasty chicken empanadas were made hot at the party. But the true stars were the two amazing seafood paellas! Great flavor, loads of shrimp, clams and my wife's favorite mussels. Plus hot loaves of bread. He came in, cooked, served and cleaned in about 3 hours, all for a fair price. Our guests loved it. Highly recommend! More...

What a fabulous experience having Jose come cook for a party. The paella was delicious and so were the appetizers. I highly recommend the fun experience. Paella Valenciana - seafood, pork loin and chicken breast.
