Chef Paddy catered a family dinner to celebrate my father's 90th birthday.  We asked for a "white table cloth" experience at home and that is exactly what we got.  She was extremely professional and making arrangements via email was easy.  Her menu suggestions were creative and appropriate to the occasion, she and her assistant arrived on time and worked seamlessly; the food was beautifully presented, crafted with care and was delicious.  The kitchen was left in spotless condition.  I highly recommend Chef Paddy. Chef Paddy created a lovely dinner for our party of 10 in Healdsburg, Ca. wine country.  She was very open to menu ideas & when we discovered she had an Irish background we were thrilled to sample her grandmother's recipe for Banoffee pie - phenomenal!  She created fresh, inventive dishes with all local ingredients. We began with oysters raw & baked, a lovely salad, a savory mushroom bread pudding that I've not experienced before or since & the best lamb lollipops ever!!Chef Paddy's friendly style & dedicated work ethic made our meal seamless. She paired local wines with each course, bringing an assistant to serve our meal outdoors under the stars.  Paddy's ingredients, presentation & flavors were perfect.  We've discussed flying her back to Texas to help with another event since we enjoyed our experience with her so much! Paddy catered my husband's 50th birthday dinner outside of Healdsburg, CA.  We can't say enough positive things about her and her team.  We live in Texas, so most of the planning was done via email.  We were completely impressed with Paddy.  She did an impeccable job. Food was delicious, on time and well thought out.  Her professionalism was an added benefit.  She even made a requested dessert from Ireland called Banofee pie.You can't go wrong with choosing her as your personal chef.
