Ella and her dad were so patient and amazing with our newly rescued Springer Spaniel. As we didn't know how he wad going to react, Ella was so understanding! She found out as much as possible before hand to ensure he was relaxed and happy at all times, and went entirely at his pace. Oz was like a different dog when I picked him up, they did the most amazing job and he seems so much happier in himself after a good haircut! 100% will not be letting anyone other than Ella and her family groom him from now on! x More...

I can't rate the service Ella provides highly enough, she is an excellent groomer (the best I've ever been to) but above that she is just soooo good with my dogs! I have two retired greyhounds, one extremely timid after a difficult start in life but Ella along with her grandad provide such a calm and loving atmosphere, my boys are so relaxed and happy in her care I feel very comfortable leaving them both with her. Have taken our two dogs to Paddocks Paws several times now and would not go elsewhere. Latest trip was thus week and Ella pointed out a sore patch one dog's skin that she was concerned about. Trip to vets later that day was arranged and then in the evening a text from Ella asking how we had gone on. This is a groomer who really cares for the animals and does a fabulous job. We've used Paddock Paws for a few years now for two very different dogs, our old girl Lou Lou, 14 year old Chocolate Labrador and Wilson a young Australian Stock Border Collie. Ella and Grandad make a superb job of grooming our Cocker, Louis. On each occasion he's been looked after really well and always pleased to see them. I wouldn't take Sandy anywhere else. In fact, I probably pass about 8 grooming places on the way to Ella's! Sandy loves going there and the treatment he gets is evident in the way he behaves when he's bathed at home. He is very calm and enjoys a good soak! We have taken our very poorly dog Jasper to Paddock Paws Dog Groomers on 3 occasion so far and each and every time Ella (the owner) and her lovely grandad Bernard have take their time and cared for Jasper so well, giving him a great trim and lots of love and cuddles.
