What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the difference from when we get their to when we leave. The smile on the customers face, the difference in the carpet or upholstery. The relief on someones face when they don't have to replace the carpet after spilling, wine, makeup or paint.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly. I came across some before and after videos of an American company and was blown away by what a difference a good clean could make. So I started doing the research. Visited a few events, sat training courses, tested machinery and it built from there. Never looked back.
