Peter trains with true sophistication - his knowledge and understanding of the human body, general health, workout techniques, nutrition & fitness as a whole are second to none. His dedication comes across during the whole session as he eagerly watches over my technique and aims to perfect it with each and every move. I suffer from lower back pain and we've been working on strengthening my core in the last 4 weeks with different techniques & I can already notice the difference! I had 3 great personal trainers in the past but Peter is of a different caliber altogether! I would highly recommend Peter to anyone who is keen to truly improve their health but also wants to have a fun, interesting and educational session. 10 out of 10 for me! More...

I can really see huge improvements in my form with so many exercises and he has transformed the way I workout! I would recommend Peter to anyone wanting to improve their fitness! More...

Peter was the best trainer I have ever had. Sadly I've moved away from the area now but I would not hesitate to recommend him - he has a huge amount of expertise in various strands of fitness along with a very intelligent and kind personality. I really enjoyed my sessions with him and he kept me both motivated and helped me improved my fitness levels to a level I would not have managed on my own. 5* from me. More...

Peter is an outstanding trainer . I chose him because I have a medical background and wanted the reassurance that I was in safe hands . Not only does he have excellent knowledge in health , fitness, sports massage techniques and nutrition but he is very committed to his clients and gives 100%... no 200% to our development and designs an individualised exercise plan and steering you towards your ultimate exercise goals . He is incredibly patient and over just a few years has taught me the art of Kettlebells whilst maintaining my general fitness levels before AND after having a baby in my early forties. He never cuts a lesson short , even if its my fault and with his expertise he ensures that you remain injury free under his guidance. He deserves 6 out of 5.. Facebook get more stars !!! More...

Peter is a one off! He's brilliant I've had him as a personal trainer when my own trainer was on holiday. He's funny and encouraging always pushes you hard to do your best . .. has endless faith in your ability to do things.
I now go to his core class and his patience and encouragement are fantastic. Some things I can't physically do but Peter adapts all exercises to my needs. Then all of a sudden you find you can do it!
He's a first class trainer.

Q&As

I am using traditional and modern techniques in fitness training.

Balanced diet and exercise regime.
If you want to be lean and ripped fast do not do the following mistakes:

- do isolated exercises
- work out only with machines
- do long bouts of cardio workout (more then 30 min)
- do crunches and sit-ups to get 6 pack abs
- repeat the same workout program over and over again
- waste your time with long workouts (over 1 hour)

The only thing is going to boost your metabolism and stimulate the right hormones is HIIT (high intensity interval training), circuit and strength workout

How is HIIT (High intensity Interval Training) works?
- HIIT triggers a physiological effect called EPOC (Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption) -or "AFTERBURN"
- Afterburn is when your body still burning calories even 48h after your workout.
- When you do High intensity workout that forces your body to go to Oxygen Dept - The Oxygen dept causes a metabolic deficit which forces your body to make up for it. This needed extra energy provided by your body fat!!! - This is how you start to use your own body fat as fuel to increase your metabolism.
- The more intense your workout is the greater the AFTERBURN - more body fat burning!

What to do if you want flat or even 6 pack abs?

1. STOP trying to work only your abdominal muscles. (your ab`s function is to stabilize your core, support and protect your spine.)
2. Do high intensity full body - compound exercises to recruit more muscles and simultaneously burn body fat with the AFTERBURN effect.
3. Do core strengthening exercises
4. Cut down bad carbs in your diet! (Carbs break down into sugar. Sugar stimulates INSULIN which is your fat storage hormone. The more sugar you eat the more Insulin your pancreas will secrete - and the unused sugar what your body can not metabolize will turn into body fat. Which will be stored in the belly area and hips for men and the butt and thigh area for women.)

Meeting different people all the time and help reaching their goals. Everyone is individual and every single session is different.

I damaged my hip joints through my previous carrier. After my own rehabilitation I have decided to help others too.

Simply because I do care about my client`s health and fitness. I countinously develop my knowledge.
