Contacted P H Services today as I thought my washing machine was broken. After describing the problem over the phone to Phil he told me what he thought it was and said "Try holding the start button in for 5 seconds, while you are still on the phone. " I did what he said and the machine was fixed! Somehow the child lock had been set, so the machine wasn't broken at all. I was really grateful that it fixed the problem for me, but sad, as that provided no income for P H Services. However I was really impressed by his knowledge over the phone, and mostly by his integrity. he could have easily come to my house and did exactly what I did, then charged me a call out fee. I will have no hesitation calling on him again if anything else needs fixing and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good domestic appliance engineer. He had been recommended to me by a friend and they were absolutely spot on. Well done P H Services. More...
