We have always had great service from this company, both in regular service appointments and, recently, in a failure of our heating system. They attended the same day and again immediately thereafter when we discovered the first fix didn't work. They still wouldn't let us pay for the repair until two weeks later when they contacted us with a follow up phone call to check that everything was still working. Mr Quenby responded to our phone call, when other engineers were unable to visit or advise about our existing boiler. Some did not even return our answer phone messages. He advised that due to the age and condition of the boiler any potential repair would have been short-lived.He recommended an oil boiler installer who was able to complete the job at relatively short notice, before Christmas.
