Although my deal to secure a place fell apart,( no fault of theirs), they returned my deposit immediately and in full! They were very, very professional and super helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone because that is exactly the type of treatment I would want for those I know and or care about the most. Ellacia is the best property supervisor hands down.!!! I had a fire in my unit at paradise ln ,she was immediately there for me. She was extremely helpful and was able to get me in another unit as soon as possible. I recently moved to Arizona from IL. ELlacia made the moving process so easy and I thank her for that. She even stayed in contact with my mom as in regards to what was going on with me. She treats people with respect and how they would want to be treated. It is truly a blessing to have her as a property supervisor. P.j. Hussey has always been very professional. I'm sorry for the people with bad reviews but I have never had a problem with them. Last night I had an issue with some water leaking underneath my sink. I sent Ashley an email and within the hour I had a phone call to make sure it wasn’t an emergency and the next day Tom showed up and corrected the issue within a half hour. His workmanship and knowledge of the issue was excellent and I really appreciate the sound job he did. I had a great experience the year I rented from PJ Hussey. Any issue or concern I had was handled quickly and professionally, whether with maintenance or neighbors. The unit was also beautiful with a full renovation done by pj Hussey before moving in. Ellacia and Alana always handles my concerns promptly and were understanding when I couldn’t give a full 30 day notice to move out. My water heater wasn't working. They sent Tom to fix it. At first I thought it's a small problem, but it turned out to be something major (it was a very old heater, leaking water, broken pipe and all that) and they had to get a new water heater. Tom worked the whole afternoon to make sure the new heater fits to my old/small space. He was so polite, patient, and hard working. I am so excited about my new kitchen (which basically gave my entire home a new look) courtesy of PJ Hussey! They turned a dark, narrow 1950's galley kitchen into a bright, open space that lightened up and opened up the whole house! Your entire team is not only talented--but they are genuinely nice, honest and good people. Jesus is amazing with tile (and I know our backsplash wasn't easy!) and Lalo and his team were always so friendly, flexible and thorough. I own a 7-unit property from out of state and just switched my property managers from another company to PJ Hussey. They just took over the property a week ago and the communication and things they've gotten done for me have been excellent. Ellacia and Andrew have been extremely helpful with getting some evicted tenants out of the property and keeping me up to date on the status. I had a plumbing emergency recently and Tom saved the day for me.. I had a pipe burst and water was going everywhere and this good samaritan knew exactly what to do to get things under control until i could call a plumber. If Tom wouldn't have been a good samaritan that day, my problem would have a been an expensive nightmare. He gave me his card and I have been recommending people to him ever since. She had sent technicians out to fix my old stove to no avail n managed to handle my dilemma immediately. Especially since I'd been complaining I needed my stove fixed up n running BEFORE Thanksgiving!

Great Staff. Ashley and Alana always answered questions promptly and went out of their way to help. Ashley gave us info on the apartments and Alana handled the finances and credit check. We had some problems with the lease not being accurate and coming later than expected, but Alana took care of all of that until everything was right.

Christian at the front desk went above and beyond when we picked up our documents. No one had told her we were coming, but she was tenacious and found our stuff. The apartment was not cleaned properly when we arrived and the keys were wrong, but again Christina came through and sent a maid that day and got everything fixed.

Kristin in maintenance was wonderful. Not everything was working when we arrived, but she saw that all things were fixed right away and checked to make sure we were happy. Her maintenance staff was friendly and helpful when they arrived.

I was not happy with whoever was responsible for making sure the apartment was ready, but everybody else at PJ Hussey pitched in and made sure that everything was fixed quickly. They were great.

PJ Hussey did an amazing remodel of a couple of apartments in Scottsdale. I am so excited to be moving into my new two bedroom apartment. Everything is completely renovated and I cannot wait to decorate. My new apartment is not the typical stacked apartments you would find in Old Town but it is rather a one level home. When working with the agents at PJ Hussey they were all very professional, the process was seamless and were very attentive to my needs. I called the office and left a message for maintenance late Tuesday night and was contacted by 8 AM the next morning by Kristen Brickler.
