Cracking work had two small EPDM rubber roofs fittedIf your looking to get rubber make sure you use a company like p and b roofing because they are approved and can legally give the 20 year warranty. The most recent job was a
Full new roof finished with dry verge. Looks fantastic and puts the other new roofs in my estate to shame :)
The workmanship exceedded our hopes.
Worked so hard and absolutely brilliant job.
Flat roof to the shed - once again I received an excellent quote, always make sure you get like for like quotes because I can guarantee that this company go over and above!
My shed roof has been on 6 years now and I have t had any issues.
Guttering clean every year, P & B Roofing come and clean my Guttering every year and they do a fantastic job!
Some lads walk my estate knocking on doors asking people if they want their gutters cleaned!
Sadly these lads are terrible and cause more damage.
I always use the professional roofer that I know I can rely upon!
I am also very shocked at the review that says this company didn’t turn up!
I have always found them to be 100% reliable! If he’s busy then he will state that he’s busy and book you in for next availability.

Absolutely without any doubt recommend P & B Roofing.They are based both peterlee & seaham and age brilliant.I have used P & B for a few small repairs, one day someone knocked on my door and schemed that I needed a new roof! I am over the moon with everything all around.
Prices are great especially for what you get.
This company went over and beyond, they replaced some guttering for me and I offered to pay but they said no because they had not included in the price and they would pay for this because they wanted the finished roof to look it’s best
I was floored when he didn’t take the money.
I received a full guaranhee and the scaffolding was down within two days
I know when my neighbour had their roof done, the scaffolding was up for weeks after they had gone but then again their roof leaked after the roofer had gone too
So wouldn’t have rated the ones my neighbours used

Over the moon with everything
Excellent price especially for the work that went into my new roof
I was over the moon with the quote and they went over and beyond even replacing guttering I offered to pay for this but they said no it wasn’t included in the price and they wanted to change this to make the finished result better so they would bare the cost!
Scaffolding was back down within 2 days as I know my neighbours was left up for weeks after their roofer finished but then again their roof leaked after their roofer had finished too !!!

I have used P & B Roofing several times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
We were told that we needed a full new roof and my husband was convinced but this roofer came out and was the only roofer that was honest
We did not need a full new roof!
We got a total of 6 estimates and he was the only one who told the truth.
After his visit we called a surveyor and a report was issued advising the same things as P & B had said!
Reliable, honest, excellent prices and yes he always tidied my garden

I have used this company over 4x now
I have had a full roof installed, we did have a tile come loose in the winds and he cane straight out and fixed this!
I was told by all of my colleagues that I’ve been very lucky as they shouldn’t be responsible for weather!
I have also had my full house re pointed and a few little repairs on my extension which is a flat roof.

The effort that went into the work was brilliant, yes it took some time but others in my street were done prior to mine and they look a mess! Patchy and very sandy to the point that the cement is now falling out.
