p & l glazing

I would give 0 star if I could. We have bought a fire rated door in March and it has been produced in July. But guess what? ! The had some IT issues(?) and couldn't deliver it till mid November. As we agreed a date, in a different date just some guy showed up and made us to carry whole steel door! And wait, some random day, we had to carry 105kg heavy glasses because someone came again. We still don't have any instructions about how to install it(there are some drills around the frame and the glass doesn't fit) and we still don;t have the handles, the lines that door supposed to have. This is not 1k door, we spend 9k but there is still nothing we can get. I will definitely use my legal rights to recover my financial situation and my refurbishment. More...

Had 3 windows fitted by Lee and his partner. I cannot praise them enough. They were helpful friendly and efficient and seem to know everything about double glazing. Made up with my new door. Had many prices but never got the service from the bigger companies that I did from Lee. He was great at helping me decide on what would look good and I cannot fault the servcie or price. Lee and partner were fab when fitting ultra clean and tidy and quick. Nothing was too much trouble. On advise we aslo had the glass in the window at side of the door changed which has finished the look perfectly. Had the window fitted with the blinds inside the glass. Excellent quality look stunning.Got a good price from Lee who had to have the blinds imported so took about 3 weeks. Well worth the wait, and will in time get them all over the house.Did a great job and very tidy cleared everything away with no mess leftWould definitely recommend P & L plus always like to give work to local companies.Some of my neighbours are asking about them.
