John Neal, the Director at Own Interior is an experienced professional designer, easy to work with and attentive to ensure our ideas were explored and developed to deliver the brief. He offered creative ideas but always with a practical and commercial viewpoint and he constantly kept in mind the extremely tight deadlines we were up against as well as managing the budget.
The specialist project management service was extremely helpful when selecting the main contractor, overseeing application process for landlord, planning and building control.

We structure our project process into four stages.
Each stage gives the opportunity for our client to review the design and offer feedback.
On completion of each stage we will invoice for the design work carried out.
