I had been experiencing connectivity issues with my NAS for quite some time.

Jason comes highly recommended! My laptop died and Jason took it away to diagnose the problem, following my only explanation to him 'it has the blue screen of death! ' he was swiftly able to tell me that the hard drive had died but not to panic as he can safely get all my data (big sigh of relief) and replace the hard drive. Throughout this Jason was friendly, a clear communicator and also his pricing was reasonable. On further inspection there was something else wrong with the laptop (a system bios password issue) that was preventing Jason from getting access to the computer in order to effectively replace the hard drive. This was not an easy problem to solve and after a lot of work put in by jason and many hours spent trying to look into possible solutions it transpired the only option was to send it back to Acer (they wont actually assist you in solving this issue and were only interested in making money themselves!). Jason was fantastic and handled all the communication with Acer and delivery of the laptop (which took about a week). A ll throughout the process Jason kept me updated and explained my options. He is a very friendly chap, clearly is good at what he does and enjoys it. He is a very credible IT solutions person and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thanks very much Jason! More...

I can't recommend this company highly enough. Jason provides an excellent service. I dropped my laptop in on Monday afternoon. Jason did not charge to look at it and got back to me the same day with a well priced quote. After the work was carried out, the laptop was ready to collect the following day. Jason was totally helpful. It was not a very complex issue I think but he identified the problem with my Mac accurately, explained what he was doing in the simple terms that I needed and did the work promptly on receiving the component he had ordered on my behalf. We discussed a further course that I could take to improve the performance of my old machine. Took my laptop to Jason last week as it had "died". He rang me back later that day saying the hard drive had gone. He gave a very reasonable quote for a new had drive and managed to salvage all my files from the old drive.
