I am a Level 4 Personal Trainer and a Physiotherapy student in my second year. I'm a former army officer (finished service in September 2021).

I am your personal trainer for the job if you have postural imbalances, feel unfit, or have decided to change your body image or simply become healthier, whether you are 18 or 80, if you are unfit or have a health problem.

I pay close attention to my clients' wants and needs first and foremost. I place a high value on understanding my clients' needs and desires. Before we begin any training, I'll conduct a Par Q health screening questionnaire. To see if any muscles are underactive or overactive, I will perform three movement assessments: Overhead Squat Assessment, Pushing Assessment, and Pulling Assessment. This section of the evaluation is crucial for achieving the client's SMART goal and preventing future injuries. Following a postural assessment, I will create a scientifically proven programme to meet the needs and desires of the client.

Being a great personal trainer necessitates continuous learning, and while it is impossible to know everything there is to know about the human body, it is critical to continue learning in order to gain the most up-to-date and peer-reviewed medical knowledge.

I always wear a mask when I'm about to work with a client. After each client, I always disinfect my sports equipment. If I need it, I always have medical-grade antibacterial spray on me. I collaborate with a client to ensure that health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
