Excellent to start with but deteriorated over the past 2 years, customer service is non existent now, so have decided to leave them as they put the customer last.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Lack of flexibility in the competition - we struggled to find a domestic cleaning company to suit our needs and life style and this proved to be more challenging than expected! Most companies tend to target households which could follow exactly the same routine on each visit and our believe is that every household is unique, thus flexible and unique approach is required for each client. The service provider should adapt the service to match the client needs, not the other way around!

Zenith Hygiene are our product partners, who supply high-quality, professional products directly to us, everything having been manufactured and produced in the UK.
To ensure continuity to your service, key office staff members are equipped to work remotely from home, and at present, all our teams are working as usual. If there is any change to this, we will each customer individually. Also, at this time, our standard terms and conditions apply to any forced closures or cancellations.
We stand ready to support you, our customers, during this time of uncertainty.
