What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Why? Whats the purpose of your site? Are you aware of any cohorts of your industry that you're not addressing? Have you a strategy for the website? Where does your website sit within the customer acquisition process, Is it critical? or does the visitor simply need to see a professional site to qualify you as someone they want to do business with (from meeting you at an event, hearing you on the radio, seeing your van on the street etc)
Describe your creative process.
We're not a factory. There is no assembly line. We listen, we want to know about your industry and then we apply our design and creative-process to a best-practice approach for delivery.

Timeline. Stakeholders. Assets available Today (photos, content)
