We had our first experience with Our DJ Rocks at my friend's wedding this past January and that night my now husband and I knew we had to book them. So I got Our DJ rocks information from my friend and I set out to get pricing. We already knew we wanted a live musician for pre-ceremony and ceremony and we wanted to have a DJ for our Reception and Jeannie was great in guiding us through their packages and helping us figure out exactly what we needed. After booking our date we found out we would have DJ Gaby and not too long after, she reached out to us to make sure she could customize a night we wouldn't forget and that is exactly what she did! I've been to many weddings where you have the younger crowd up on the dance floor and the older crowd observing from afar but no, guests who I thought would never get up on the dance floor were up there the entire night! We booked Kristin for our DJ, and the open air Photobooth for our wedding reception. Kristin hands down MADE our event! Leading up to the wedding day I could instantly tell that Kristin was a true professional and had tons of experience with wedding receptions. She guided me through the planning with ease, asking questions and making observations I would have never thought of. She made our wedding reception flow seamlessly, and had people out on the dance floor all night. We had a mix of different cultures from Italian to Colombian, and Kristin made sure every single person enjoyed the event. Our Photobooth came with a digital copy of everyone's photos, and also had recordings of short video messages from our guests. We selected Our DJ Rocks because right from the beginning, anyone we spoke with was overly helpful!! We worked with DJ Emily, and she was EXCEPTIONAL! !! When I first spoke with her, I had no idea about half of the things that a DJ did for a wedding but she helped, explained, and made the entire process smoother than any of our other wedding activities. We worked with Kristin, and she was absolutely phenomenal! From our initial 45 min phone interview with her we knew she was the right fit for our wedding. All communication was clear, concise, and most importantly prompt! Despite her very very busy schedule she was always available via Email and responded within a timely manner. We threw in a curveball roughly 3-4 days before our wedding and she was able to accommodate a Tejano/Cumbia/Mariachi set; which she'd never done before! The website she uses is super user friendly and she's able to get virtually any song I could think of! Kristin also provided uplighting, market lighting, party mode lighting, and a Photo Booth; making her a one stop shop for all those much needed details! She really brought our wedding and the reception to life and elicited loads of complements from our 90 guests! I feel terrible because I've forgotten the names of her two staff that manned the photo booth and assisted her at the DJ Booth, but they were also extremely helpful and so kind! They were engaging with our guests and encouraged them to utilize the Photo Booth and get down on the dance floor. I truly believe our wedding, and the reception would have been quite dull had we not had these amazingly wonderful, and most importantly, inclusive women working our magical day! One of my favorite moments was when I was on the dance floor and I could tell the guests weren't quite feeling the song playing, and the night was close to an end. We hired Our DJ Rocks for our August 2019 wedding. DJ Jennie was amazing and worked with us to ensure that we were all on the same page. She and DJ Jasmin arrived with ample time for setup and provided music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. There were certain parts of the wedding where we had specific music we wanted to play and they followed that to a T. DJ Jennie has a very creative way to get every single guest on the dance floor and keep them there!

A few weeks after the wedding we received a very kind note and special gift that immediately takes me back to our big day. It is the type of gift that will keep on giving a lifetime.

I worked with DJ Stasia on a 500+ person corporate event and she was spectacular! Her communication was great throughout the months leading up to the event and she sent me a draft playlist to make sure that we were in agreement with the vibe of the party. At the event itself, she couldn't have been better! She really observed the crowd and altered the music choices with what resonated best with them. Our DJ Rocks did just that. From start to finish Kristin was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire booking process. Our mission for our wedding day was to have all female vendors and we were able to accomplish that. We were a bit worried about our wedding playlist initially, we really wanted music that was symbolic and captured our individual personalities. DJ Stasia exceeded every expectation and went above and beyond on our special day. DJ Stasia and her assistant were very professional, punctual and had great communication. As we didn't have a day of coordinator we were a little worried on how smooth things would go. We made a timeline together and she made sure we stuck to it which made the day run perfectly. DJ Stasia had the crowd dancing the entire night and hyped the room up! She was a pleasure to work with.

DJ Emily from our DJ rocks was professional from the start. She made planning the music for my wedding fun, organized and stress free. Every time she talked to me she was excited and pumped for my day which was a breath of fresh air amidst the stress. Our DJ rocks is the most on-brand freaking marketing genius company ever. Emily was perfect for our wedding, and we knew that the moment we first talked to her at one of the Wedding Shows. Her professionalism was exactly what we needed, but she also incorporated her personality which made everything so much better. She went out of her way to have the Father-Daughter, and Mother-Son dances in our wedding even though they were scrapped originally. Her song recommendations were AMAZING and her choices we never would have considered, but we are so glad we did for we thought it made our wedding! Despite the rain ruining everything and having to move the dance floor multiple times before we settled on a specific spot Cierra was incredible. Even before I met her she was super attentive to all my questions and concerns. My wedding was super special to me because it was on my mother's birthday and she passed 4 years ago on 8/20/19. I had a lot of memorials to her and felt her presence with me throughout a lot of the day, but I just want you to know that Cierra's exuberance and joy and fun loving attitude gave so much light to that memory. Tabitha was absolutely amazing!!! I wanted everyone to eat dinner before dancing really started and our theme was Disney so she played older less dance-able music during dinner and when the party really started she kept everyone dancing and the dance floor was never dull! There were a few changes that had to be made the week of the wedding due to some unexpected circumstances but she handled them with no issue at all and made my dreams come true! Where do I start? The process was beyond super easy! We had DJ Faith and DJ Stasia at our wedding, and both were phenomenal! !!! They picked up on our cues, and took it to a whole other level! We hired Our DJ Rocks (& Our Photobooth Rocks!) about ten months or so out from our big day. The initial planning meeting with Tabitha you already know you are with professionals who know how to throw down. It was love at the first phone call.

From there, the team takes special time to make sure you are paired with the right lead DJ based upon your intake process, so you know they are vested in making sure your day’s vibe is how you imagined it to be. We got paired with Emily. Whaddup girl. Emily is an exemplary member of Dwight’s Army of Champions, the most down to earth person and SO MUCH FUN! She was so responsive throughout the planning process, helped to make sure planning through their portal was easy (which it is btw) and orchestrated the reception without a hitch (if there was any, I didn’t know). She was amazing at reading the crowds, was able to switch things up on the fly when necessary and even gave me a pep talk that I desperately needed mid-ceremony! She is the type of girl you want to have in your girl gang outside of her mad DJ skillz and facilitating/MC-ing your epic wedding. The attached photos are to understand how much fun we had with Emily at the helm!

We also rented lighting through Our DJ, which was such an easy process even as a last-minute addition. It was really important for my husband and me to engage our guests in a big party atmosphere while still having a beautiful outdoor reception. We rented their uplighting and it completely transformed our space, would 100% recommend!

First off... Cierra was amazing! We really didn't have a list of songs that we had to hear or a real theme we were trying to achieve. I was so burned out from wedding planning that, by the time we talked to Cierra, we were out of ideas. All we knew for sure was that we wanted people to dance, we liked Caribbean and reggaeton, and we didn't want anyone to hear anything or do anything weird in front of our older generation attendees. That's all cierra needed to hear! Everyone loved her. She was so personable and down to earth. She genuinely looked happy to be at the wedding. Everyone danced and had a great time all night. From the very beginning we had such a great experience with Our DJ Rocks. Kristin was always quick to respond and address any questions/concerns we had. Our DJ Rocks is fantastic!! My first contact with them was a phone call with Jennie, and she was great! She really took her time to explain how the process would work, how much everything would cost, and what all of our options were. She got us set up with a price quote right away, and we were blown away by how affordable it is! We knew instantly that we wanted to work with them. We went to a bridal expo were they were playing to meet some of the ladies, and that is when we met Emily. I knew immediately that she was the one I wanted to DJ my wedding. She is so kind, and her personality was actually a lot like mine so I felt comfortable with her right away. We had some unique requests for songs, and special things we wanted to do throughout our wedding night, and Emily was so excited right away and told us that she could absolutely make our visions come true! She worked closely with us through our entire planning process, and answered every question we had right away. The night of our wedding was absolutely perfect! During the ceremony, every song was played exactly when we wanted it, and transitions between songs was so seamless that I didn't even realize it was happening! I’ve been happily married for almost 4 months now. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the time to actually sit down and reflect on all of the wonderful vendors I had. When it comes to Our DJ Rocks, where do I even begin My husband and I had no experience with any vendors, due to the fact we live in New York and wanted to have our dream wedding in Orlando. We did so much research trying our best to find the perfect vendors. When we reviewed articles for the top wedding DJs in Orlando, Our DJ Rocks was always top 10 or 5. We had the absolute pleasure of working with DJ Cierra. She was above and beyond fantastic. We spoke with her a couple of weeks before the big day and reviewed our whole playlist from start to finish. We wanted very specific songs and types of music and Cierra gave us everything we wanted and then some. We had less than less 50 people in attendance at our wedding and Cierra tried her best to make sure everyone made it to the dance floor at least once. She even made it on to the dance floor once or twice to dance with us which was so beyond amazing! She truly helped make our wedding dream come true. I cannot say enough about DJ Cierra and I’m getting so emotional just thinking back to how special to made it. Also, a couple of days ago we received a little package from Our DJ Rocks and inside was a CD of our wedding playlist including all of the songs from our wedding. HOW BEYOND SPECIAL IS THAT! Our DJ Rocks is fantastic!! My first contact with them was a phone call with Jennie, and she was great! She really took her time to explain how the process would work, how much everything would cost, and what all of our options were. She got us set up with a price quote right away, and we were blown away by how affordable it is! We knew instantly that we wanted to work with them. We went to a bridal expo were they were playing to meet some of the ladies, and that is when we met Emily. I knew immediately that she was the one I wanted to DJ my wedding. She is so kind, and her personality was actually a lot like mine so I felt comfortable with her right away. We had some unique requests for songs, and special things we wanted to do throughout our wedding night, and Emily was so excited right away and told us that she could absolutely make our visions come true! She worked closely with us through our entire planning process, and answered every question we had right away. The night of our wedding was absolutely perfect! During the ceremony, every song was played exactly when we wanted it, and transitions between songs was so seamless that I didn't even realize it was happening! Throughout the reception, she kept everyone dancing all night. When we had a request in the middle of the night for a song that is not very known, she found it and played it immediately! Her being our MC was phenomenal! She just made everyone feel good, and want to have a good time! She was able to transition us through all of the parts of our receptions, and her announcements were absolutely perfect. I’ve been happily married for almost 4 months now. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the time to actually sit down and reflect on all of the wonderful vendors I had. When it comes to Our DJ Rocks, where do I even begin My husband and I had no experience with any vendors, due to the fact we live in New York and wanted to have our dream wedding in Orlando. We did so much research trying our best to find the perfect vendors. When we reviewed articles for the top wedding DJs in Orlando, Our DJ Rocks was always top 10 or 5. We had the absolute pleasure of working with DJ Cierra. She was above and beyond fantastic. We spoke with her a couple of weeks before the big day and reviewed our whole playlist from start to finish. We wanted very specific songs and types of music and Cierra gave us everything we wanted and then some. We had less than less 50 people in attendance at our wedding and Cierra tried her best to make sure everyone made it to the dance floor at least once. She even made it on to the dance floor once or twice to dance with us which was so beyond amazing! She truly helped make our wedding dream come true. I cannot say enough about DJ Cierra and I’m getting so emotional just thinking back to how special to made it. Also, a couple of days ago we received a little package from Our DJ Rocks and inside was a CD of our wedding playlist including all of the songs from our wedding. HOW BEYOND SPECIAL IS THAT! On another note the lighting from Our DJ Rocks was amazing as well! It just was the cherry on top of the cake to make the room so magical! Cierra, you and the whole DJ Rock Team are amazing!
