Jo-Ann was instrumental in helping me find myself amongst the external chatter of a busy world. With her guidance, I was able to refocus on the important parts of what I needed to learn and to let go of the death-grip of control. When you click with someone, it makes a difference and her energy and mine.. well it was a great time from the get go.
