I train daily for some 2 hours at Bay Club San Diego,  and apparently can take on a herd of mad bunnies. I am in cracking shape, so finding someone to meet my high expectations in the big A was defying. But found Mark Cronogue who took on the challenge. Wow! He is an outstanding professional who goes to great lengths to achieve goals. I was in NYC for short of a bit and he met me one on one for a fun diverse workout that included careful stretch and injury prevention. I could tell he ate and slept his routines. Mark really made the work-out experience beyond. I am in my 50's and have been lifting for years but now its important to secure me from injury and Mark really targeted prevention. I wish I had trained with him for my 2 week backpack Inca trail. 1. He stays focused. Its all about you and details.2. Prepared and has details on all the workout which fascinated me.3. Makes active and functional changes combined with stretch4. Implements dietary and body mind methods I found very inspiring.5. He is patient. I am a bit demanding and he really was an ambassador.Oh. Ladies, he is really handsome and like I said, walks the talk. Above all, I had one of the best training sessions. Sort of makes me want to move! But oh well, I live in San Diego! More...

David is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and is a hell of a cool guy. Aside from being extremely qualified, he pays attention and is mindful of my strengths and weaknesses to the point where he knows exactly how far I can push myself at any given time. In addition, he has given me tailored advice for me to achieve my fitness goals. While I have just started working with him, I anticipate using his expertise and experience indefinitely. More...

David Beltram is by far the best Personal Trainer I have ever been to and I have been to many over the years!  He has transformed me in ways no-one else has been able to.  He is so focused, caring and dedicated to his clients that it becomes not just a tremendous physical experience but a spiritual one as well.  I detest working out but I so look forward to every session with David.  He structures it in such a way that the time just flies by and I ALWAYS feel transformed after every session.  It amazes me how just one session can make me feel new again. He is extremely knowledgable, experienced and supportive in all aspects of health and nutrition.  I credit him for getting me off of sugar and changing my eating habits significantly!!He is a dedicated professional, mentoring and training others.  I have met many of his staff and they are all terrific!  Give yourself a gift and experience Oss Life training for yourself and you will see how unique David and his team's approach is. David is an incredible trainer. I've been working with him for nearly two years now. First off, David is the consummate pro. He takes a wholistic approach to your training. While you may only work with him in the gym, he understands that the path to achieving goals extends beyond those walls. He helped me change what I ate, a change that kickstarted dramatic improvement in my health. Next, David listens to your needs. No two people are identical and no person's fitness goals are static. As your goals evolve, David crafts a workout regime that helps you build towards said objectives. Finally, David makes working out extremely fun. His approachable demeanor and positive attitude are infectious and help you push your limits. I highly recommend David for people of all ages and abilities. I'm not a fitness training enthusiast and my previous experience with trainers was mediocre at best.  Then I embarked on a few weeks of training with David Beltram in hopes of resolving a couple of issues.  For the first time ever, I felt that a trainer was actually listening to me and carefully assessing my needs and mindset.  He devised a program that was demanding, realistic and almost instantly effective.  This was totally different from the occasional one-size-fits-all sort of training I'd gotten at commercial gyms, where making you feel bad about yourself is the key to hooking you as a client.   David is the opposite sort of trainer, an enthusiast, who emphasizes everything you're doing right.  He's a terrific motivator.  He's also a devoted teacher, checking in on you regularly to make sure you've got it right. David?  How to describe my workouts with David?  Life changing.  Challenging.  Therapeutic. I have tried other personal trainers at Crunch and Equinox and I wasn't finding any success.  I always felt rushed and unimportant.  The trainers didn't really focus on my needs.  They were more concerned with finding new clients or texting on their cell.  I have been working out with David for over 7 months (longest trainer relationship!) and that just isn't the case with him.   I have seen improvements in my overall strength, endurance, and health.  David takes the time to listen to your health concerns and personal goals and helps devise a plan for you meet them.  David is so effective that my boyfriend and I even started training with David once a week on top of my personal sessions.  I always feel accomplished when a session is complete.   I strongly suggest trying a workout with David!
