We offer extended personal training options for clients who are interested in maintaining peak physical conditioning after rehabilitation. We also offer personal fitness development for athletes and nonathletes to reduce risk of injuries.

Sak is a master at his job - patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I worked with Sak a few years ago on a wrist rehab, and he was wonderful - always trying new things to make progress. I think his hands have special powers! I credit him with my great recovery.
