Our HDD fried just before an exam. The gentleman from Orton Computer services assisted us with options regarding data recovery and had the laptop up and running in less than 24 hours. Considering we called him first on Sunday, I think that's better than anyone could expect. He went over and beyond, providing excellent customer service, explaining to us what went wrong with the laptop and what we needed to do further on, explaining our options tailored to our level of understanding, enabling us to make an informed decision about it, and I was able to continue revision for the exam from the next day. We found this little well tucked away company to be very helpful in a time we needed it the most. If you are looking for fairly priced excellent and quick service, for computer related issues, then don't look further! We surely will be coming back shall we need to! More...

Our computer was completely dead. We call this company, and he was with us within two hours. He explained all his costings prior to repair (which were extremely reasonable, and much lower than we have paid for a previous repair). He completed the repair within the same day, and reinstalled the system, all for £20. We cannot sing his praises high enough, and would recommend him to our family and friends.
