I would like to take a few minutes to brag about OLT. This is the first time I have used their service for my 16 y. o. son traveling for work and I am thankful for the wonderful experience. I called and changed my son's arrival schedule 3x and at that point I was embarrassed for all the changes I had to put them through. I called and spoke to Juan. He was very friendly, accommodating and very professional. He immediately took care of my issues and he assured me that I will be in good hands. Then as my situation couldn't get any worst, my son's flight got delayed for 4 hours, by then, the 9:30 pm pick-up turned to 1:30 AM. Marcello the driver was there to meet my son and he was very kind, nurturing and thorough with the instructions as to where my son would meet him. I highly recommend OLT if you are looking for a car service in Orlando! Their customer service is First Class and if you have a teenager traveling alone, Juan will make you feel like family. We used Orlando Luxury Transportation twice on the 13th & 20th April from and to Orlando Airport. We had a 2 hour delay on our first transfer, but the driver was there waiting for the us. He was very friendly and dealt with all our cases. The car was amazing and spotless which included bottles of water. It was quick and easy to Disney where we were staying. On the 20th the driver kept in touch with us via text and arrived early to pick us up for our departure. We had the same driver again who always dresses impeccably and is very professional. They also tell you who your driver will be by name so you know who to expect. I would always use this service when traveling to Orlando and much easier than waiting for taxis! Admittedly not the cheapest and we were a family of 5 and it cost $95 each way. Excellent service from our home to the Port of Canaveral and return. Both trips the transportation was on time at departure and arrival. The step-up to a chauffeured vehicle made our family cruise a deluxe experience. Emile was our driver on the return trip. He coordinated with us by text and phone while we were still on the ship, and met us as we disembarked with our luggage; again no waiting. He knew all the shortcuts to get us home swiftly. Despite some of the reviews I’ve read, I decided to give this company a chance because the prices were great. Boy am I glad I choose this company because they were great. They made sure to keep me updated from the very beginning. The day before service I received a reminder email with ALL of my drivers information, including his picture. He arrived before the set time, which is a major plus for me. He was very polite and made great conversation during the ride. He assisted with the baggage, including the groceries we stopped to get before reaching our final destination. His energy was great and I really appreciate the customer service he provided. I usually use another company since we come to Orlando every year but because our usual company didnt have a vehicle available large enough to hold the amount of people in our party; but now I may need to make Orlando Luxury Transportation my primary source of transportation. This was our first time using Orlando Luxury Transport and I chose them because of the great reviews I'd read. So glad we did! Our flight got delayed due to snow and we didn't get to Orlando until after midnight. Our driver Emile text me before our flight took off to let me know that he was watching the flight and would be there waiting when we landed. This is the best car service I have ever used! They are simply outstanding.First, the rates are extremely reasonable. Second, the on-line booking process is very convenient, and confirmation and reminder emails, are promptly sent, as are copies confirming your final invoice. I found this company based on the online reviews, and I must say I'm very happy about it. The booking is easy, but before I made the reservation, I contacted the company through email to verify the rate, and I got the response immediately. The follow up communication was super easy and pleasant. The drivers (both to and from) were excellent. The first driver arrived 15 minutes earlier just in case, and helped with the luggage. My Wife and I used Orlando Lurury Transportation after reading forum posts on Google and the service was excellent. Our driver was David and he was very friendly and courteous. He kept in constant contact with me when we arrived to let us know where he'd be, waiting by baggage claim, etc. He met us at the airport on time with our Leis. We rented a limo to take us to our hotel. The driver was waiting for us and helped us with our bags. He joked with our children and made the ride fun.
