I ordered a bouquet of roses at approx 11AM and they were delivered promptly at 1:05PM the same day. The display was phenomenal, the delivery driver was extremely friendly and careful with the bouquet. The best part, was the reaction from my wife, she jumped in shock when she saw this display of flowers and balloons. 5 stars isn't enough for the Orlando Florist L.L.C. Flowers were pretty, but we're dead within 3 days. Called to tell them, and they said Too late! You should've called us sooner. If you want to order more [dying] flowers, we'll give you 20% off! No thanks. Have ordered flowers all over Orlando, never had this kind of issue or service. More...

Unfortunately, the recipient never said a word until two weeks after this order was filled. At this point, we were unable to offer anything other than a discount on a future purchase ordered directly with us, as we do not believe this customer realized that she ordered from one florist who relayed the order to us.. It is our policy when a customer has a legitimate complaint, we send our driver to pick up the piece and we replace it with a new piece. This was over two weeks old. We did apologize several times and at no time did the recipient/customer say they wanted anything other than simply letting us know.

Ordered some roses for my wife as a Mother's Day gift, I can't put into words how beautiful, stunning and huge these flowers were. I also asked for a special request that they include 3 white roses in with the bouquet and they couldn't be any more helpful..I highly recommend this florist to anyone looking to wow that special someone in their life!!! I called around to many different florist and this was the only place that had Tiger Lilies which are my girlfriend's favorite. I died to give them a shot not knowing what to expect, since I know very little about flowers and previous only ordered roses online. When I showed up Andy helped me get something costume made and really nice within 15 minutes! This place is really great for newbies because they are very professional and they know how to make something perfect for your occasion. My daughter was married in Orlando on November 4th, 2017. Somehow the wedding grew from 120 to 200 guests just weeks before the ceremony. Andy was wonderful, doubled our order at the last moment, and delivered all the flowers right on time. The table arrangements were beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but the bouquet and head table arrangement were stunning! Since none of us lived in the area, it was especially important that we had someone we could depend on, and that is exactly what we got! If you have a child at UCF and need to get flowers to them, this is the place to call!!! I called and spoke with Anh last week to have an arrangement taken to our granddaughter for her 21st birthday. After leaving a msg with answering service, Anh called me right back. Made the most beautiful arrangement for the next day. When they couldn't contact our granddaughter (because she was in class) they contacted me. But, assured me they would take care of her!! Orlando Florist did the flowers for my wedding party and my bridal bouquet.  I have nothing but very positive things to say about them - Sabrina was amazing to work with.   She was always available to answer questions (in a timely fashion!) and provide common sense suggestions.  She was also very patient with me when we were deciding what flowers to use, and was very open and honest around pricing.  My flowers were just gorgeous.   I was planning the wedding myself, and had a very specific look that I was going with.  I really wanted everything to have a very unique, vintage-y, feel, in short, I wanted them to be very different and Orlando florist definitely delivered!  Orlando Florist is a good place with nice people who do good work.  If I had my wedding photos back I would totally post the pictures, because they really were just stunning....
