I am a personal trainer, nutritionist & pilates tutor. I am fully qualified since 1990. N.C.EH.S
E.A.F.F. Reebok are a few of the qualification I hold. I have worked in & managed many fitness centres & gyms. I have worked from one to one personal training to corporate groups: from county council office staff to football & rugby teams. I have been lucky enough to train some high profile sports people: Michelle Smyth De Bruin ( swimmer) Eric De Bruin (Euorpen Athlete) Terry Mc Hugh ( Irish Javelin Thrower) & Paul Quirke ( American Football Coach).
I have trained body builders to competition level. I have worked with clients who want everything from weight loss, improved fitness to client who need rehabilitation from minor to very serious injury. I have many references & client testimonials.
I love working with people & watching them improve & change both physically & emotionally through improved health & wellbeing.
