GREAT customer service. Bought a Lacava faucet as part of a total bathroom renovation over five years ago, and the hoses carrying hot and cold water started leaking.
I sent them an email, explained my issue both verbally and with pics, and they honored the warranty for a discontinued model: that day they shipped out the parts to me, free of charge.
I would definitely recommend this company not only for their beautiful fixtures but also for their spot on customer support. 5 stars! More...
