I wasn't sure what to expect when I came here as this place brands itself as a "psychological co-working space" and I am not a psychologist - I'm a student at Goldsmiths - and not in Psychology. I came along for the "Meme" arts event at their anniversary, which was really interesting and related to my studies. As a (poor) student I hadn't ever considered coming to a co-working space - opting for cafes or the library at Goldsmiths instead. Then I found out that they offer a student membership which is only £35 a month which is affordable even to me (and the coffee is free). It's not just a space, but a small community with really nice welcoming staff - not like WeWork at all (not like any coworking space I've seen, actually). As a student member you get discounts to events and access to some workshops for free - most of these have a psychology angle, but are open to everybody, and there's an arts programme too that I'm keen to learn more about. So in short it's great value for money and a nice break from the University campus once a week. The people here told me they are trying to get a student network going that they're keen to support, but there aren't enough student members here at the moment, so if you're a student, you should check it out! You don't have to be a psychology student either - just the interest in working in an environment that's "psychologically oriented" - which is actually really nice despite the very scary painting of Freud hanging in the library.Thank you Stillpoint! Stillpoint is a really special place. Minutes from the busy city, it's a peaceful and sunny setting for co-working and seeing coaching clients. The rooms are comfortable and inviting for individual coaching and the co-space has relaxing yellow accents, lots of light and the most important thing, lovely people! More...

I have had several sessions with Albert now and could see the progress just after my first session with him. Albert’s incredible energy, positivity, empathy and guidance helped me to see problems from a different angle and deal with aspects in my communication that kept me in repeating patterns for years. His way of coaching provided encouragement without flattery, and guidance to empower myself to deal with very imminent challenges in my work life. Albert is exactly the coach that asks the right kind of questions to truly explore your inner self and fundamentally progress. More...

Shaun has been a crucial part of my half-marathon preparation for over five years. He regularly provides deep tissue massage to maximise my training, as well as muscle activation massage prior to races. I have benefited from his expertise in body mechanics and motion to solve imbalances in my technique as well as to overcome minor injuries. Shaun has a considered and personal approach, and after every session he provides me with specific and helpful advice on how to improve. More...

I do a fair amount of exercise and play tennis competitively still. My back and hamstrings are really tight/inflexible and I have a lack of mobility in my shoulders. I consulted Shaun to see if some massage and stretching work would help. I was most impressed by his professional and physiological approach to my issues. He certainly loosened up my body and muscles with a consequent improvement in my performance on and off the court. Shaun is always reading up on the latest techniques and developments in fitness and health and I have absolute faith in his skills and abilities and recommend him unreservedly. More...

Shaun gave me massage therapy and helped me understand how I moved and how to correct imbalances in how I was walking that were aggravating my back. He also used dry needles to help the muscles and stretching exercises. I felt so much better afterwards and he helped me to stay mindful of what I was doing wrong and how to fix it, which was very effective. He is very personable and great to work with, relaxing but focused, I would definitely recommend. More...

In addition to a common workspace, there are many places in the UK that have a specific purpose and vision. The Stillpoint co-working space has a vision and purpose for psychology. The interior of the yellow point color gave emotional stability. Yellow is said to stimulate the left brain and help with academic and intellectual work. The color also seems to be considered. I was able to work calmly throughout my life at Stillpoint co-working space .I worked a short time, but seemed to have worked a lot of time. I get the efficiency of work basically and the therapy got bonus. More...

Shaun has helped me change my approach to my physical heath and wellbeing! I first spoke to him about a recurring knee injury but rather than just treating a specific injury as an isolated issue, his sessions have addressed my body (and even my mind sometimes) in a much more holistic way. I've seen substantial improvements in surprising areas including quicker reactions in racket sports, much better balance in yoga, hugely improved upper body strength (I can know do a yoga wheel and hold it for 5 breaths with ease). Thanks to Shaun's style of one-to-one session and homework I now have a set of tools to combat recurring lower back issues and have got back to running despite the injury. And unlike other practitioners I've seen in the past, between sessions I really feel I can check in and speak to Shaun whenever I have a question about an exercise or an issue. More...

Observant, analytical expertise that produces sustained and observable results. What's not to like? Shaun has worked with me for a few years on correcting joint and muscles problems (from osteoarthritis) and on reducing associated pain. The effect has been sustained and life-changing for me. I am now in dramatically better shape than I thought possible, and it has been fun too! I recommend Shaun's knowledge, skill and manner without reservation. More...

Q&As

The favourite part of my job is when I see a client realising the potential within them to bring about a change: that ‘aha!’moment. I believe that each of us can be competent interpreters of our lives, and that all of us require support and encouragement to do this most effectively.

I find the greatest joy in seeing my clients become more fully human!

The reason I have migrated from mainstream healthcare into life coaching, was in response to a growing frustration: a frustration with the fragmented health system. Despite the incredible wealth of treatments and cures offered by general medicine, I couldn’t turn a blind eye to the shortcomings: The disheartened patient when doctors cannot provide them with a ‘by-the-book’ diagnosis; the helplessness of the doctor, when a patient struggles to break their unhealthy habits; the confusion when a patient is ‘cured’ on paper, but they still experience suffering and pain.

This mounting frustration inspired me to explore further, burned by the question: isn’t there a better way to serve people?

It is this burning question that lead me into the field of health innovation, finding creative solutions to give patients access to doctors. That same question lead me into the world of integral coaching and changed my entire perspective of health and wellness. I discovered that every person has an inherent ability to master their own lives; and that, through a series of powerful coaching questions, this innate wisdom can be unlocked, opening entirely new possibilities of health and wholeness.

I am a qualified medical doctor and certified life coach. I have worked in the health and wellness industry for 10 years, across 4 continents and in more than 8 countries. My varied interests and diverse skill-set has allowed me to work across a broad range of industries.

You shouldn't choose me to be your coach because of my credentials or the style of my site. You should choose me as your coach only if you and I have chemistry: and if it looks like I have the tools you need to reach your goal. That's why I always prefer to meet with clients first before committing to a coaching process.
