I had a logo designed a few months ago from a contractor in India on Fiverr. It was really cheap, and that cheapness shone through. It wasn't something that I particularly wanted to represent my business. So I decided to get something better from a proper graphic designer. I am absolutely delighted with the result. I chose the 5 concept package so I could have more choice, and it was well worth the money. The outcome is superb. Bo clearly listened to what I had to say and spent time getting it just right.As with most things, you get what you pay for with graphic design. Very approachable, answered any questions or concerns, understood and accepted all initial requirements; of which are usually difficult to communicate. Was happy to follow an iterative design process in order to generate the most suitable outcome. Would develop and test all design ideas and/or suggestions in order to help me visualise the potential outcome, as opposed to writing off new ideas before implementation. This lead to developing aspects of the logo we did not at first believe would work. Consequently, I am left with a logo highly reflective of my business and with a brand that allows us to progress in confidence.
