There are so many things I like about Origin. The classes are original, challenging, never boring, and give you a great workout. Nicole, the owner and instructor, gives excellent verbal cues so that you are able to self-correct to the proper form. This makes the workouts safe, effective, and fun. Most importantly, I look forward to the classes at Origin, I feel great during classes, I feel challenged and Nicole has enabled me to gain strength and confidence in my athletic abilities. Nicole is knowledgeable and more importantly CAPABLE in helping you at whatever level you are at. You can trust her guidance through the classes no matter what hitches are in your giddup. So many people have a history of injuries, its crucial to find a teacher who can meet you where you are at, and patiently guide you through your progress of fitness. High recommend! I love this LOCAL studio! Nicole is very knowledgeable is all of her classes. I really enjoy her encouragement though each class. She is a great teacher and you can tell she is passionate about taking care of your well being. And there are FREE classes once a month on Saturdays! More...

Origin is amazing! Nicole, the owner and instructor, is talented and thoughtful with her approach to fitness. I’ve tried every class she offers and have loved them all. The best barre class around – bar none! Nicole’s barre classes are truly in a class of their own. Classes are physically challenging while at the same time being accessible to all. Nicole’s instructions are precise and easy to follow, and by the end of class, your entire body will have received an excellent workout. If you take a couple of classes per week, you will see and feel dramatic changes in your body. And this all happens in a supportive environment – welcoming, non-competitive, and encouraging. I highly recommend Origin! Nicole is very experienced and has created an environment that helps people of all levels and backgrounds feel safe, comfortable and motivated. She is extremely knowledgeable in functional movement and promotes proper form and positioning so you can exercise in a sustainable way! Her classes are fun, foundational, and effective! This studio is awesome! Nicole has done a tremendous job bringing her vision to life. The class sizes are small and the offerings are diverse and for all levels. There's something for everyone. Barre, pilates, yoga, yoga with weights, boot camps. Nicole mixes things up every day and for every class. Her attention to detail and form are what set this studio apart from some of the other larger gyms in the area which means your chance of injuring yourself are much smaller because she'll guide you through the movements and make sure your form is correct. Nicole has collaborated with other mindful practitioners to bring a studio to Fort Collins like none other. I can't say enough good things about Nicole or this studio. If you're tired of the big gym experience and are looking for an intimate environment where you're more than just a number, this is the place for you! More...

I really like the Barre Fitness classes Origin offers. It’s a full mind-body experience that also lets me break a sweat - without the risk of injury or lightheaded exhaustion. I use Barre Fitness and Yoga to help improve my Olympic weightlifting. Origin’s structured classes are well rounded for the entire body with a strong focus on core strength and stability… this helps me improve mobility and strengthen the stabilizing muscles I neglect powerlifting (it’s also great for abs :o) Having torn labrum in both my hips, functional injury prevention is very important to me. I have spent a lot of time in physical therapy. Barre Fitness is great for these injuries: every exercise can be modified specifically for my body’s needs. On top of that, it’s a very safe, non-threatening environment with a real sense of community in the air. Nothing like the (sometimes cold) approach of big-box gyms and corporate fitness clubs! Nicole is an amazing fitness instructor with a professional and heartfelt approach that is hard to come by. Her polished efforts create very efficient results. I'm still a newbie to these classes, but Nicole's clear and concise description of each movement during class makes learning them a breeze. She even offers free guided workshops to help me learn movements at my own pace! Love it. More...

I recently moved to Fort Collins and luckily found this gem! There are a variety of classes, from Mat Pilates to Barre and even Meditation. Nicole is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to adjust the class to our needs. I highly recommend this place - I actually look forward to going to class. More...

Absolutely LOVE these classes! I am a wellness professional myself and am still always blown away by Nicole's knowledge of the human body in all capacities. (mind, body & spirit) She truly has a perfect balance of challenging you while supporting and meeting you where you are and encouraging you to keep going. For me, because of my achy knees, ankles, and back, Origin House of Fitness offers a sustainable and effective way of getting a full body workout without the harsh wear and tear on my joints. There are always modifications offered for any of the exercises I am uncomfortable with so classes are easily great for both beginners and experts! I highly recommend you check this place out!
