Absolutely gorgeous hand woven rugs at this family run business. Whether you are looking for contemporary colors and patterns, or traditional Persian colors and patterns, or a mix - they can accommodate. We started in Whitefish Bay and experienced five star customer service from the owner, who FaceTimed his family at their other location to find us what we were looking for. Hemad at the Bluemound Rd location was able to find us the exact color and pattern we envisioned, and treated us so very well. The rug fits our foyer perfectly and looks exactly as we hoped. I highly recommend both galleries for any of your rug desires. Trust me, they will find it for you! They will even custom cut the rugs for you if you have a certain length or width you need. Well, let me put it this way. If there was a rating larger than a five, we would have picked it. I've been to other rug stores in the city and wish I wouldn't have wasted my time. Â My experience with Oriental Rug Gallery is beyond compare. Selection and prices were fantastic, but beyond that dealing with them was a dream. Â They weren't pushy at all (which I certainly felt like I was an imposition on a few other stores), they were patient working with me and my budget to find the perfect rug for my living room. Â What's more... they cleaned and repaired a rug another rug of mine restoring it back to it's original glory! Â I will definitely be back for a couple more pieces for my bedrooms.
