Terrible experience. After years of having great length brand installed I tried this cheaper option. Unfortunately my hair just kept falling out after each wash and it was a terrible experience. Hi there We have looked at our records and found that you were a model for us, so yes it was the cheaper option as you only pay for hair Being a model we do always advice that there can be problems that we will also fix. 20 of your extensions were hand tipped. This was 20 out of 200 bonds so its impossible to say that all your hair was falling out this simply is not true. We did fix as promised and replaced these 20 bonds free , as the fitting was free too. Following the fixing of these bonds you actually STOLE the remaining hair that had not been fitted which leaves me confused as saying the product was no good . I assume you mean the glue we used to tip and not the actual hair, else you wouldn't not have stolen it from us! If you also remember as a HAIR EXTENSION MODEL we asked for you to come free of hair extensions and clean washed hair. You came on the day with glue bonds in but not just a set you had 3 bonds on each hair strand . One at the top , another glue bond 2 inches down and another at the end . As this was a 1-2-1 training course as I was heading over the the UK the next day and the trainee needed qualification before I left, Megan and I set about removing the bonds for you so we could do the fit. It took 5 hours. That's 10 hours of work time a salon cost of over 1000€ WE DID NOT CHARGE YOU FOR THIS AND YOU MADE NO OFFER TO US I was unable to spend my last day with family before I left Spain because it was spent removing your hair extensions because you had, I think you need it would be a huge cost in a salon to remove and took advantage of the fact we needed you as a model and then to complain about a few stands shedding which we fixed straight away and then to steal from is totally u exceptable. It is only due to my 3 day drive to the UK and covid that have not invoiced you for the removals and informed guard a civil for theft .. I hope that other local salons see this before they have a similar experience and she has services which she doesn't pay for and steal product from them

Recently tried the Tapes.... absolutely great - comfortable, easily fitted and lasted really well - over 55 washes / about 2 1/2 months!
