They have been providing care for my mom for nearly a year now, so believe it was time for me to leave a feedback: I honestly was a bit skeptical at first to choose this provider over bigger names in the industry but glad I did so! The kindness, attention and responsiveness that was showed to my mom over this period was of an excellent nature; carers always clean, professional and on time every time! Office team very helpful when you ring them and always pick up within first 3 rings as promised at initial visit. Managers very polite, courteous and ready to accommodate any changes as and when needed. I've been working for Orchid for more then a year now. In my 5 years of experience in care I have never met such good employers. They are very understanding and kind , they will acomodate your needs and schedule and are giving more then 100% for their clients and carers. I couldn't ask for a better employer .
