What do you love most about your job?
Providing 24 Hour Live in care through my agency is an opportunity to deliver a service to people which is faithful to the qualities that I think are the most important. Honesty, Integrity Commitment and Trust. I believe that the support that Orchid Care offers provides a real alternative to Residential Accommodation for people and one which is valued and appreciated as reflected in these testimonials.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in health care for the past 24 years and have experience in the many areas that this work encompasses including both inpatient and community care service
My most recent position was working for Social Services as a senior care officer managing a resource centre during the night and supporting clients with mental health needs.
I have also worked as a live in carer and it was during this time that I was inspired to start up my own live-in care agency.
I believe that every individual has the right to live their life in the way that they choose and it is with this vision that I am committed to providing a high standard of care for those individuals who choose the services of Orchid Care”

24 hour live — in care can be either on a short term or longer term basis from as little as one week to several years.
