I enjoy the variety of the workout. Also, by incorporating the heart rate monitor, I have a good pulse (pun intended) on how I am getting the most out of my workout. This holds me accountable by making sure I am putting in maximum effort. As a result, I am confident that the OTF workout is a worthwhile investment that is worth every penny. More...

The best workout ever! The hardest part is showing up. When you do that one thing  the workout magically happens! So fun and the best hour of my day. Well worth the investment. As a fat girl I am surprised to say I love a gym in any way, but I love it here. The coach's are amazing and personable always helping correct form and pushing you to go harder. The hour work out itself is fun I love the time frame since I work in the city and can always take an evening class or morning if I need to switch it up. Also every daily hour block is different and keeps it exciting.I def recommend trying a workout here no matter how fit or unfit you are since it evolves with you. More...

I love that it is a different workout every day and that it pushes me harder than I would ever take myself at the gym alone. I also really enjoy learning new exercises and being coached on proper execution to get the most out of the workout (& prevent injury). HUGE shout out to Alexander Ruffin & Tyler Hoyt - They are the absolute BEST. I live closer to East Cobb & have closer options near my office in Sandy Springs, but choose to commute all the way out to Marietta & West Cobb just for those two! Both Alex & Tyler know how to push you our of your comfort zone... without them, I don't think I would have ever made as much progress as I have. I love this place! I'm so glad that I decided to try it out. The coaches are amazing and know how to give personal attention to every single person in class while not having the "awkwardness" of a one-on-one personal trainer. The hour-long workouts go by super quickly because the energy of the coaches, staff, and members is always so positive and uplifting! I wish they have just one class later than their 7:30pm option because I'd love to be able to go more often if I could make it after work; however, I highly recommend OTF West Cobb! More...

I've been signed up at Orange Theory for just under a week now. I've always been one to put off going to the gym or even when I get there have no real purpose and just waste an hour of my life there. Well OT has fixed that issue. With classes running right at about 57 minutes you are high intensity the majority of the time. One thing to know right off if you are new to OT is that all workouts are 100% trainer led and can have a class size of 26. But you are broken into two groups and never feel overcrowded because they have the correct amount of equipment for each person. They have TVs that have everyone's heart rate, cals burned and splat points. (a point system used by giving you a point for every minute you are in orange or red)So far what I have seen is the workouts are a little more cardio based than strength based. So I would judge signing up based on what your goals are. This is perfect for me. Pros:Staff is highly motivated and excited and seem to honestly care that you're there and trying to better yourself. Workouts are intense. Don't stop sweating for the get go yet still not too terribly sore afterwards. Workouts are very simple (not in a bad way though) but in a sense that you won't be overwhelmed if you are new to the whole thing. App for you phone works great for scheduling workouts. And get a great email showing a breakdown of your workout after each one. Cons:Honestly the only negative I can see is the price. It's not cheap. Yet that being said that is me coming from Planet fitness where it's $10 a month. Looking at other crossfit gyms and instructor led gyms these prices seem to be right at average.Overall I gave it 4 stars simply because of the price. But the overall workouts and great feeling you get after a workout is near priceless. Stop by and see if it's for you. Your first workout is FREE. Why not come and try a FREE workout. More...
