What makes a great website?
A great website is one that is both user friendly and attractive - it needs to wow the user and evoke a level of trust. Ultimately, it needs to invite them into submitting their details or giving the company a call to find out more.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We provide a short questionnaire upon signing up that details the stylistic features you may be looking for. It also asks about the company itself, the people, the history, and the ethos. It's incredibly important to capture the company's image when designing and building a new website.
Describe your creative process.
Starting off with learning about the company, we turn to research. We research your company, your competitors, your industry and everything that may help us create a website that has serious impact. Then we take to the design stage and create you a concept design that we feel best suits your company and packs a visual punch. From then, we work with you to fine-tune that design, or work on other designs, and once we are all proud of what we've created - we code the site complete with SEO.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Quite simply, we need to know about the company itself, who you are and what you are selling. If you are looking to target specific regions or sectors, then we'll need to know this for coding the site accordingly.
What do you love most about your job?
I'm a creative person through and through. I'm also very technically minded and am always fascinated by how technology can be used in creative ways to develop business. That's why I love turning up to work every day and getting involved with real people their real lives to help grow the companies that they've worked hard to establish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always had huge amounts of drive and I see so many companies in the same industry as mine that have lost all passion. I didn't want to work for them. I wanted to give a service that people need with pride, passion, and dedication.
