How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By primarily of focusing on fitness fundamentals, injury prevention to develop agility, balance, coordination & speed, along with flexibility. By doing this you can progress onto a higher level of fitness training and adapt at a quicker rate. my style of personal training leaves you energised and invigorated rather than wren out and knackered.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Believe it or not. 'Confidence' in what you are doing and what you are aiming for. Put 100% into your training, eat well & trust the process.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their goals, from meeting someone out of shape with little confidence and helping them improve physically and mentally within a few weeks. I have also worked with elderly and disabled people, which I find challenging and enjoyable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This is my passion, passing on my knowledge and wisdom that I have gained from my 30+ years as an athlete.
