I had never done any kind of fitness training before starting twice weekly sessions with Martin. he has been amazing at setting obtainable goals and going at a pace that pushes me without making me feel its all too hard and wanting to give up! in just few weeks, i've seen weight loss and my body is able to do things that would have been impossible week 1. I feel thinner, fitter, and perhaps most surprisingly , happier!

Over all that, Martin is a genuinely nice guy who makes training a joy not a chore.

I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

After the last four weeks of training with Martin, I have seen a huge difference in not only my fitness but my health and well being. Martin is one of the nicest guys I've ever met and genuinely seems to care about the fitness goals of all of his clients- keeping each training session varied and fun.

You will not be disappointed with the results you can achieve training with Oracle Fitness.

After a long stint out of training I put my poor fitness to the test and back into training. Martin is great.. training is varied and challenges me every week. My fitness, strength has massively improved and I couldn't be happier with my results so far. I enjoy every session and never dread going! Couldn't have got back to current fitness without Martins help :-) More...

Martins training is the best I have experienced. Each session is different and we never follow the same routine, which makes it much more fun and interesting. He really understands the clients needs. I am really thrilled with the results of training, I have dropped a dress size after 8 weeks!

Martin is a very experienced personal training with good knowledge of the body (he was athlete himself) and good motivational skills. I have been doing circuit training with him for a while and now my wife and friends have also started based on my positive experience. Recommended. More...

Q&A

By primarily of focusing on fitness fundamentals, injury prevention to develop agility, balance, coordination & speed, along with flexibility. By doing this you can progress onto a higher level of fitness training and adapt at a quicker rate. my style of personal training leaves you energised and invigorated rather than wren out and knackered.

Believe it or not. 'Confidence' in what you are doing and what you are aiming for. Put 100% into your training, eat well & trust the process.

Helping people achieve their goals, from meeting someone out of shape with little confidence and helping them improve physically and mentally within a few weeks. I have also worked with elderly and disabled people, which I find challenging and enjoyable.

This is my passion, passing on my knowledge and wisdom that I have gained from my 30+ years as an athlete.

I'll show you 'how the body works', In my training I primarily focus on 4 principles:
1: How 'weight loss' should never be mentioned, and emphasis should always be 'fat loss.'
2: Focusing on fundamentals will get you to your goals quicker and easier.
3: Stay injury-free. Prevention is better than cure.
4: Quality is better than Quantity.
