What inspired you to start your own business?
The determination to be able to offer a service that is compassionate and ethical, where a client's needs are put at the centre.
Why should our clients choose you?
Having worked in psychological therapy services for more than 12 years, as well as being appropriately qualified (and accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies), I have significant experience working with people from various backgrounds and with different problems. As well as Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, I am trained in Compassion Focused Therapy (for people who struggle to overcome a high sense of shame) and in Imagery Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
I currently offer fortnightly sessions at weekends. Therapy is structured, interactive and collaborative, and time-limited.
