What makes a great website?
A great website has a clearly defined purpose in the bigger marketing strategy. Otherwise — it's just ornamental. Very early on in our process, we challenge our partners to uncover what the true purpose of their website is, and develop a clear understanding of your website's role in the success of your business.
A website is not:
> A source of leads. (Read that again)
> A final destination of your new customers (Unless it's e-commerce)
> A "silver bullet" to a bigger overarching marketing plan.

What's a customer worth? We can uncover everything else using some important math from there.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Absolutely. We have a thorough planning and discovery process before any major project. Be weary of anyone who isn't asking questions.
What do you love most about your job?
Learning about new businesses, and getting to build relationships with their people. I enjoy hearing your challenges, and collaborating on how we overcome them through effective marketing.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We started as a distributed team in 2008, then in 2017, we built our own offices here in Baltimore, MD. Then the pandemic happened, and we all went back to being a distributed team. Who says god doesn't have a sense of humor?
