With insurance and therapy sessions, it can be tricky knowing where the overlap is in coverage. Not only does Alex respond quickly, but she handled the process of contacting insurance herself, (which took a huge hesitation out of the process). I'm lucky to have found this practice. More...

What do you love most about your job?
We love that we get to partner with people around issues that are incredibly real. Safe spaces are unfortunately hard to come by- we value creating and holding that space for people to take an honest look at their life and experiences and then move continue moving forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love the collaboration that we have at Optimum Joy! We are a team that enjoys working and growing together. I believe that because we are connected as a staff, we better serve the clients who come to us with their pain. Often providers work in solo practice. Not here! We are together for the sake of people.
