Been training with Lee for 2 months now, and I've lost nearly 6kg in weight, 8% body fat and gained muscle mass.

Lee has personalised my training as I've a bad shoulder, but in those 2 months I've gained more strength in it.

If you need a push - he's your man! No pain, no gain!

I've been with Lee just over a month with the aim of building muscle and reducing body fat. In a month I've lost 5% body fat and 8lb in weight being already quite lean these are amazing results. He has helped boost my confidence and I am not happier Day to day with myself. He's taught me loads of exercises I can use in the gym and at home. I am going into my third month of training with Lee and so far I have lost 40lbs. He has worked around my fitness ability and I have seen improvements week on week. I've been struggling with an old knee injury for years and was finding it difficult to walk around town or up and downstairs. When I started working with Lee 6 months ago I was scared to exercise "in case it hurt" with Lee's patience, guidance and knowledge my confidence has grown in the gym resulting in a stronger knee and more balanced body. So much so I can now do 5 mile walks in the Peak District, use the stairs without holding on and shop to my hearts content!

Lee is prepared to take the time and work with you at your pace to achieve your goals. Therefore I can recommend Lee as he has helped me recover from an old injury and regain my confidence.

Been training with Lee for about 2 months now and starting to see results and feel better about my body. As someone with anxiety, the idea of personal training and just attending the gym in general was something I found quite daunting but with the guidance from Lee's training, I now enjoy going the gym and also have more confidence in everyday life too! I've been training with Lee now for 2 months, i wanted to get leaner and get some shape back. I only ever used to do classes at the gym but Lee has taught me so much out on the gym floor. Sessions are tough but in a really good way, I'm pushed and feel like I've achieved loads after each session. Each week is different from the last and I love the variety. Lost a good amount of body fat, muffin top has gone and gained muscle definition. Really pleased with results in just 2 months can't wait to see what happens going forward! More...

I've been training with Lee for nearly two months now and I'm glad that I have. He's a great trainer who pushes me to work harder every session. He's given me great training and nutrition advice which I can use when eventually go on to train on my own. As well as two pt sessions a week Lee also provides extra gym session plans for me to do when I come by myself. I enjoy taking part in Lees boot camp and battle classes very tough but rewarding. I have seen some great changes in my weight loss goal since training with Lee and I also feel my strength and fitness levels have improved massively. I would recommend anyone to train with Lee. I first knew Lee when I attended his group classes at Puregym. He knew that I was training for triathlons and that I had become frustrated with my lack of progress, particularly with running which is my weakest discipline. After a disappointing triathlon at the ITU in Leeds, Lee approached me with the belief that he could help me through resistance training which was something I had not considered. I was already seeing results just from the group classes with my cardio so I began a programme of strength training with Lee. After three months there has been a remarkable improvement in my performance. I am now regularly breaking personal bests and able to set targets that I never thought I could achieve. Even members of my triathlon club have noticed the difference in my performance. I am looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in the future and have never felt so positive about my potential. Lee has been my best mate for 10 years and he tried to get me to join the gym for years but I always had an excuse. Lee helped me change my life, I went from an extremely obese, lazy and unhappy to healthy, full of life, 36kg and 20% body fat lighter in just under 8 months. He always pushes you to your limits and tailors your training and diet accordingly to suit your lifestyle.

Would really give him a call and have a talk about you goal will get you there and past it I have come on so much in the time we have been working on my progression and I love even session and out of training help and motivational talk when it’s pt off day push even on ur time without him asking what your progress was today so he can log it all down so u get very spot on info back every month on you report very happy with how we have come 5� totally

I recently turned 30 and realised I needed to do something about my health. Lee stood out to me as his classes seemed more challenging than the other trainers. After a consultation with Lee we arranged to do weekly 30 minute HIT sessions to help me with my weight loss. Lee gave me excellent information and nutritional advice as well as realistic and achievable goals from the start. The HIT sessions were challenging but Lee was always very encouraging and supportive throughout the process. After a while I could tell the difference in my fitness aswell as my weight. I have just finished 3 months of training with Lee and have lost 10.5kg of weight, which totally smashed my target. Infact I have lost more and am proud to say I am back at the weight I used to be when I went to uni, which at 30 years old I didn't think was possible. I would strongly recommend Lee as a personal trainer to anyone! And I look forward to working with Lee again next year in the run up to my wedding. More...

There no “secret “ at all but hard work , there’s no pill , no special juice. Hard work and determination will only allow “YOU” to succeed i am just a guild through your own personal journey. If there’s a secret and I knew it I wouldn’t be here I’d be living it up rich ahah

Seeing things people think impossible become possible even when so many things are against them they succeed. Seeing happiness overwhelm them also makes me feel gratified. It could be literally sitting up of a box using no momentum just quads and assisting muscles for someone who had a walking stick severely overweight and double hip replacement less than a year ago that is such an accomplishment for me as the trainer and the client imagine that basic movement we take for granted in life learned and able to do again that is emotion there I’m no physiotherapist I learned and overcome .“truestory” Or like row 1000mtrs in 4 minutes. Or achieve a personal best say on the Bench press they have been stuck on for a long time that’s truly for me an excellent feeling of my own accomplishment helping this man , pushing him hard , motivation etc for the strict goal seeing this man work hard for this always digging in deep for it and see his his dream come true priceless “true story “ I really care about that it certifies me to ensile and help others.

I was good Physical Trainer in the Army and have raw passion for it so I decided to leave and challenged my skills and work with everyone not just young fighting fit men and women. And I wanted to challenge myself with multiple varieties of clientele some with injuries and issues causing me to utilise my knowledge or learn more to help and improve the service I provide. Best person to be in life is to respect and learn from people better than you in certain areas and learn them yourself you keep doing that you can become the best man/woman in the room that can provide top tier service
