Kyla is teaching me Hypopressives which is a fitness program that is being used by both men and women of all ages who are seeking to not only restore their pelvic health but to train the true function of their core. Since I began training with her, I am already seeing differences in my body shape and am able to utilize the breathing technique in everyday life and in athletic competition. She is a hands on trainer, and is patient as although the exercise is restorative the subtlety of the movements are difficult to master. Kyla is a great communicator and her analogies and examples are key to my progress and understanding of the movement with breath.
