I cannot recommend Optimal Wellness and Ann-Marie enough. The clinic is as luxury as luxury gets for customers stepping foot inside and the same goes for the vast amount of 'need to know' knowledge shared but always personalised individually for you.
Optimal Wellness has all the tools of treatments and tests to empower you a lifetime of health which for me was priceless.

After trying many other options in life - its always the last resort that should of been the first one. I had been put off by others to have a colonic cleanse and warned off how this would be bad for my health by even professionals.
But after extensive self research and wasted time listening to the bad and ending up the same or worse I had nothing else to loose.

I hand on heart have never felt more better in my whole life and feel like I have discovered the true secret of personalised health for me that actually works.
The list is endless of improvements:
- My mind is clearer
- My eyes are brighter white
- My body is so full of energy I get lots more done in the day as I wake up early every day now
- I've lost weight where I couldn't before my metabolism has been boosted
- Cellulite has improved
- My bowel is moving so much better with ease now
- Mood is so much more relaxed

My weight had been creeping up over the last few years and I had a big problem with constipation. A friend suggested that I talk to Ann-Marie. She gave me some very sensible dietary advice as well as colon hydrotherapy treatments. I was very sceptical about these treatments but they were conducted very sensitively and the benefits have been amazing. In 3 months I have lost over a stone in weight, I have been sleeping better than I have in years, the arthritic pain in my wrists has disappeared, my nails are stronger and are growing far more quickly and I have far more energy. I still have some way to go but I feel very positive that I will be leading a much healthier life from now on.

I thoroughly recommend Ann-Marie at Optimal Health & Wellness. I have visited twice now and both times I have left feeling a lot better and with more knowledge about my body and how to keep it healthy.

Ann-Marie is an absolute mine of important and helpful information. She is always very professional and easy to work with. Her therapy rooms are spotlessly clean and are decorated in a beautiful way to help clients feel relaxed and at ease. I could chill out in her consultation area all day!

I have been to a few local clinics for this over the years and decided to try Optimal due to it be very local to me and had newly opened in the area.
I decided to have a blood test for allergies and a session of 3 hydrotherepies. Being a man and having this done I can understand that some people may have a few reservations but I can high recommend Ann-Marie and Optimal Health.
