The thought that your spouse could be cheating on you is devastating. Making assumptions can stressful. you are absolutely certain your partner is cheating on you. You’ve recognized the signs. Now you want proof. Thanks to constantly-evolving tech, while it’s never been easier to cheat, it's also that much easier to catch the cheats. I read a review about an hacker whose job is clone a target phone and get you information such as Facebook, Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Messages, among others from the phone. I started working with Phil in the fall of 2018. I recently returned from a family gathering with relatives I haven't seen since Thanksgiving. I'm a 67 year old man who has been leading a pretty sedentary life for some time. I finally got impatient with all the stiffness and aches and pains that resulted, and went in search of a trainer who could help me. That's how I connected to Phil, and I'm now working with him twice a week. A few months ago, my girlfriend hired Phil to work with us at our apartment complex gym. We were both out of shape but lacked discipline to exercise regularly. We hoped a trainer would help fill in the motivation gap.Phil has been great. He’s personable and laid back yet also focused and thorough. Phil is an excellent personal trainer. His education makes him uniquely qualified and he has tons of experience. I have worked with Phil for almost four months now and have seen serious results. When I started with Phil I had a weight loss goal but had no idea how to achieve it (having tried my own methods many times without success). Phil helped me to understand the importance of strength training, which I knew nothing about, and has been coaching me through the process so that I can learn safely. It’s amazing to me how much stronger I have become in a relatively short amount of time. I see differences in my body in terms of weight loss and muscle tone but I’ve also learned to genuinely enjoy my workouts with Phil. Our sessions are fun, varied and challenging at the same time. There isn’t a boring moment and I feel great afterwards. Phil knows a lot about the human body and can assess your current fitness level and determine the proper pace and regimen for you, personally. I can’t say enough good things about Phil—he’s a really good guy, laid back but serious about the workouts. He is flexible with scheduling, meets me at my own gym and, most importantly, has been extremely responsive to my needs in terms of my prior knee injuries. I have been working with Phil for the last three months or so. For about a year and a half I have been struggling to recover from an undiagnosed illness that affected my nervous system and left me unable to walk. When Phil and I started out I mostly sat in a chair and got around only with the help of crutches. With Phil's help I slowly started with non-weight bearing exercises to build up muscle mass and have been able to slowly wean myself off of crutches and now I train on a TRX! Phil has shown a sensitivity that is rare. He is always encouraging but still knows how to push me to my limits. I always feel so accomplished and strong after our workouts. I joined boot camp a little over 2 months ago . I have a lot more energy and I'm getting stronger with each workout. Phill , the trainer , is awesome , very encouraging , he make sure he tells you your doing a good job and each class is different and fun. ( his favorite #'s are 50 & 100 LOL) Phill's training style is gentle but by no means do I mean soft , it's been plenty of times i woke up sore and didnt even know i used that muscle (lol). Let me start off by saying that I was a couch patatoe and I lacked the energy and motivation to do ANYTHING, I came across Tri County Boot Camp on google and decided to give it a try. An enormous plus was that Phil offered me a free month to get started and decide if his way of training was what I was looking for. After the first week of everyday work-outs I felt like a different person, I was much more energized and I was waiting forward to go there everyday. Two months in, and I feel much stronger now, motivated and cannot wait to see more results. I am so glad to have found this place, it helped me phisically and emotionaly in so many ways. I’ve just completed about 6 weeks of Bootcamp and I’m totally hooked. I have seen changes in my body already. I can wear items I haven’t been able to wear for 18 months, it’s like having a new wardrobe without spending a dime. Phil is amazing he is supportive, encouraging, patient and has a great sense of humor. Everyday is a totally different adventure that never gets boring. Phil’s support continues outside of camp as well with text messages making sure you’re ok the day after and emails of recipes and articles on fitness that are informative and helpful. Great program im 6 weeks in , it's totally what i was looking for . being in this Phil boot camp for women gives me motivation to keep up with my fitness also at home. It's a friendly atmosphere, clean , ..All is needed is your own will power . the more I attend class the more I love it. He pushes us which feels great I tried a year at the YMCA and it was nothing like this. I wish I found this place before lol....All workout routines are different so you won't get bord. I've been working with Phil for about two weeks now and I am extremely happy. He pushes and encourages me at the same time. I'm doing stuff I was never doing when I went to the gym on my own. Planks, jumping jacks, squats etc, are all things I would have never considered attempting. But I'm doing it and loving the feeling I have afterwards.
