This has to be hands down the best photobooth company in town. I recently had an engagement party for which I called around to compare prices and packages, and from the get go, Optic Booth stood out. Not only do they have the most original booth out there (yes it fit like 10 people in there which makes for duper fun pictures!) but their pricing was reasonable, booking was smooth, and everyone I worked with- from Marilyn during booking, to Nicole to coordinate our designs, and Danny working the booth- was just such a pleasure to work with. Gosh, we had so much fun with this photo booth at our wedding - five stars without a doubt. In general, the booth from Optic Booth was well executed, the attendants were great, the props were fun, and the pictures were really high quality. Our guests got really into the booth, and we ended up with a lot of really great pictures; that's all you can ask for. There were a couple things that made this booth better than some of the other ones that I've seen: first, we chose the enclosed booth with the soft light, it made all our guests look (and feel) like superstars. Second, the printout template was really neat, they made a custom template for us that gave the photo prints a really personalized feel. Also, the booth was just the right size to accommodate a single couple or the entire wedding party. The whole thing was organized really well. They were there on time, efficient, courteous, and really helped the guests have fun.All the pictures turned out really well, probably a combination of a good camera, good lighting, and people having a great time in the booth. We had Optic Booth at our wedding this past weekend in Garden Grove, CA. Initially, we had booked through Kris last year who was a great help getting the whole process started. Management did switch and I was able to work with both Wendy and Marilyn. Nicole designed our template after I sent her some design ideas, and she did a great job with the feedback I provided. Wayne showed up to the event and was my booth attendant. He not only arrived early for set up, but him and his assistant were an absolute joy to work with. Incredibly fun and personable! I hired Optic to come to an elementary school for a 6th grade graduation party. From the moment I contacted Kris via email he was super responsive and easy to work with, answering all of my questions promptly. He showed up on time and set up quickly. We booked the inflatable booth, and it was so awesome! It lights up and looks beautiful as a backdrop for the photos. The kids rotated through in groups of 10-12 and they all fit in easily. Kris was professional and handled 100+ pre-teens with a smile for hours. This was the highlight of our party, and the kids were talking about it for the rest of the day. We hired the Optic Photo Booth for our wedding (5/22/15). They did an amazing job. Everyone loved the quality of the pictures and environment/visual of the booth. Jason worked our night. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. The booth was such a hit that I asked Jason to stay another hour (for an additional cost of course) but he was cool about it, which we totally appreciated. They take a bit too much time responding back to inquiries but because they are really busy... BUT don't stress, they do come through with their quality and service. I had the pleasure of experiencing Optic Booth at my brother in law's New Year's Eve wedding. I have seen a lot of photo booths as I work in the wedding industry as a coordinator, but Tiffany and Optic Booth were one of the best so far. They came with a cool white inflatable booth with LED lights that could be changed to match the colors of the event. They also had an array of props. I was super happy with the quality of the images themselves as well; not dark or shadowy like some booths. They were able to use the bride and groom's custom logo on the printouts given out to guests. They kept one copy aside to glue into a photo book/ guest book that guests wrote notes in. Overall just a great experience.My anniversary party was on 12/12. Â I ran into a big issue with another photo booth company that I had tried to book. Â Long story short, I was extremely unhappy with the other company so I started searching around for a last minute replacement. Â I stumbled upon Optic Photo Booth on the 10th. Â Kris took my call, heard me out and he saved me big time.So first, thank your being so accommodating and coming on such short notice. Â He responded to my emails and calls promptly at all times. Â Everything from the contract, coming up with a design for the photo frame, etc... he was very helpful with. Â Couldn't have been happier with the level of customer service he provided.The photo booth itself is an inflatable white structure. Â It had a nice wow factor, it's not like your traditional photo booth. Â It was pretty spacious inside so our groups could fit in there nicely without feeling super cramped. Â The camera used, I believe was a DSLR and not just a random camera installed into a traditional booth--the quality of pics were better. Â The white backdrop also resulted in better lighting for the photos.Once the event was done, Kris zipped up all of the photos from our event and emailed them to me. The only issue was that towards the end of our event, our attendant got locked out of his system for the last 20 minutes which was kind of a bummer. Â But at that point most of our party had left, and Kris is taking care of me on that. So points for addressing the issue with superb customer service.The photo booth isn't the cheapest option around, but it is a great value. I found Optic Photo Booth Rentals on Yelp and decided to book them for my wedding in September. I gave Kris examples of my wedding colors and what sort of design I wanted, and then he designed the layout for me. I really like how it turned out!I wasn't there when the photo booth arrived at my reception but seems like everything came right on schedule. I ordered the open-air photo booth. It fit 10+ people which was great because I was able to fit my entire bridal party in it for group shots. There was a small miscommunication about idle time but things worked out fine. The attendant managing the photo booth the whole time was very nice, easy to work with and assisted people when they took pictures. Overall, I really liked how the photos printed out and how nice the quality was. High pixels. Camera was very sharp and focused. Very professional quality. Also a lot of random props to use while taking photos. We also did the option of having a scrapbook station + extra prints. Having a photo booth at the wedding was a great idea! All my guests loved it and told me how much they enjoyed the photos. They have an online gallery as well so you can see all the photos taken afterwards. Got some good laughs from it!! What an awesome company to work with! The optic photobooth scrapbook was our wedding sign in book. I booked Kris based on the Yelp Reviews for my daughter's 1st Birthday party and all the guest (Kids and Parents) had a blast and actually left the party with a unique souvenir that will remind them of the good time they had. Â Kris placed the logo we gave him of my daughter's name at the bottom of the photo strip and they really came out great. Â It's not cheap but it's well priced. They send somebody with the Photo Booth that operates everything and gives you tips that really make a difference. The guy Kris sent never left the Photo Booth (not even to use the bathroom) I kept offering him food and he was so profesional that he never left his work station and made everybody feel comfortable.If you can afford it, don't think about it. I am retired and wanted to work for myself. I had my first booth experience at my cousins wedding and had a lot of fun with my family taking fun photos and decided to look into a photo booth business of my own working with my family.
