What do you love most about your job?
Understanding a business and the challenges it has in managing employees and then creating solutions that give owners and managers confidence in knowing that their HR needs are being managed, problems are being dealt with, risks are being reduced and the time to focus on their what they do - keeping customers happy and making money.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With 20 years' experience working in HR, business development and operations management with large blue chip companies and expertise in employment legislation I wanted the challenge of running my own business. Here I am 15 years later and still enjoying every minute of it.
