Roasted chicken with olives and roast potatoes with a tomato dressing with roasted vegetables..
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I look at menus and also add my own ideas as well.
What do you love most about your job?
I love how I have grown in learning about my craft..and will continue to do so..
What inspired you to start your own business?
What really inspired me was that years ago someone was saying ,Would you not try to start something for myself?? I was not fully ready until I had the right resources and training for it.

People should chose me because, I am hard working and would spend time time from the start to the finish to ensure the event goes well.
