What makes a great website?
Seeing that a website is your first digital impression, it needs to be a good one. I understand that finding the balance between a visually stunning website and ensuring top notch usability for conversions is absolutely imperative.
All of our websites are carefully mapped out to create the best possible user experience whilst also producing the 'wow factor' in visual design. I pride myself on great site architecture to ensure that the site is simple for both users and search engines to read (all our sites come fully SEO optimised - so no need to sweat getting indexed in Google and Bing!) whilst in-keeping with my clients vision.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Understanding the clients vision is my first step, I would normally ask things like, what do you want to achieve? What sort of experience have you had in the industry your currently in? What has worked for you in the past? What kind of websites do you like the look of?
Harnessing as much information as possible, I can then put forward to the client a plan of action as to what we can deliver within their budgets and manage all expectations (I feel this is an element that a lot of agencies overlook)
What do you love most about your job?
We're all a bunch of digital geeks and none of us are afraid to admit it. The reaction from clients when they first see their brand new website all the way through to watching a client gain great returns from our digital marketing strategies - it all helps us thrive and definitely feeds to our passion for the digital world (and helps feed our egos!)
The team and I also relish a challenge which is why we will always help concoct some sort of strategy no matter what the aims, objectives and indeed, budgets.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always had a passion for technology and all things digital. Funny story, I once sold a lady a packet of chewing gum whilst I was working a the checkouts in Safeway's paying myself through college (boredom sets in on the tills and I set myself little challenges - sad, I know!), that lady turned out to own a successful digital agency based in London and she was impressed - she asked if I'd like an interview and dually obliged - 14 years on and I'm still in the industry loving every single moment of it!
