Needed a toe nail surgery doing ASAP. Was booked in fast and started on antibiotics same day as toe had bad infection. This definitely helped come surgery day. The surgery performed by Fahid was first class and everything was very clearly explained. The aftercare service was excellent with several follow up appointments all part of the initial price of the surgery. Reception was also always helpful and friendly. Came across this lovely clinic as I was driving past and booked an appointment right away as I have had an issue with my feet for a long time. I was greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist, the waiting area was very clean and well layed out, with water and snacks to take if needed. Once I was called in to the room by Fahid, the consultation went really well, a lot of information was given in a manner that was both understandable to myself and Fahid. Fahid checked my feet and used different techniques, I was really impressed by this as it was very helpful and thorough. I was recommended the custom soles, which are great! Thank you open podiatry for doing such an amazing job on my sons surgery, he was in immense pain but Fahid from open podiatry made him feel confident and calmed him down by talking him through the process before carrying out the surgery. Fahid arrived within the timeframe he specified. Even though all I needed was a toenail trim & quick TLC of my feet as currently struggling he still went through a thorough healthcare check of my feet before carefully trimming my nails & applying a good moisturiser. Open Podiatry is the best podiatry clinic I have ever visited. The clinic is lovely and clean, and all the staff were very friendly and caring. Upon my arrival I was offered a delicious barista coffee. I had hard skin around my heels for a few years and the podiatrist treated this within minutes. Since having my appointment I can walk more comfortably. It feels as though I am walking on clouds! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing a podiatrist.
