I very rarely write a reviews with my opinions or experiences. However, now I have the intention to help businesses understand how important a successful online presence is. Before Open Design our business had about three pages of information, reviews and pictures on the web. Although, there were so many informational errors. John & MC worked with me to clean it up. They listened to all our needs and built our website with our passion and vision. After it launched our wedding sales went up 25% in less than a month. We couldn't be more happy with the quality website they developed for us. First thing my customers say now is "Wow, you have a really beautiful website!". Our online presence before Open Design was very good, three pages of great information, reviews and pictures! But just three weeks after the launched date of our web site; Faithlikeamustardseedfarm.com wedding sales went up 25%. I first meet John & MC Nguyen it was to host there wedding at our farm. I happen to mention that I was changing our website from go Daddy to a site built from scratch. And they showed me what they could do for us by optimizing social media and a web site that was unique to our brand. John & Mc are the best! Could you imagine waking up and your inbox being filled with leads? That's what you can expect - so incredible. I've been burned a number of times with Yelp, etc. and other "experts" who claim to get you "presence" "Branding" or "results" from your social media. Not one of these companies could give me measurable results as to what I was I was spending and how it affected my bottom line.

We typically recommend blogs to clients that want to improve the SEO. This includes a minimum of 2 blogs per month on the topic(s) or schedule that we coordinate together. Whether you need a postcard developed, a billboard designed, or you simply need new graphics for your online content - we can help. Website Hosting
We have two hosting packages for our clients depending on your needs. Our Basic Hosting package includes website hosting, website backups, website updates, plugin updates, domain renewal and an SSL certificate. Our Premium Hosting includes everything from our Basic Hosting as well as security monitoring, a monthly website report and minor changes/edits to the site upon request (up to 45 minutes of development time per month).
