I was experiencing issues with my PC at home for quite some time. Eventually, deciding to get professional help I searched around for some IT companies. I rang and spoke to various people from different companies and Onsite PC Medics were by far the most polite and efficient. Their initial explanations over the phone were very clear and they're pricing was the cheapest i'd been quoted. I had an engineer at my door not even 3 hours later... 3 HOURS! It's safe to say I was impressed. The engineer took less than an hour to get everything fixed, he was presentable, very polite and kept it all clean! made sure everything was back where he found it. He even sat me down and waited for me to test my PC making sure I was satisfied with everything before he left.Highly recommended company for IT support and should I have another issue, they will definitely be my first point of call!
