Johnathan was great from the offset. We chose to sell ourselves using the Advertise Only package and got many contacts from the online websites, which were passed on to us in a timely fashion, leading to the sale. Doing the viewings ourselves allowed us contol the viewing times and was useful to prospective buyers, being able to find out specific information directly from the seller. I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating to Online Estate Agents especially Jonathan. On day one of me contacting him I had an emailed property valuation even though it was in the west of Ireland. The pricing quoted on their website is accurate with no hidden fees which is important as I live in the U.S. The photos of the property were amazing! Johnathan was very quick and efficient in all his replies and correspondences with us which was always appreciated. The photographer used for the pictures was excellent and the photographs top class. Really quick process to get the ad online, the for sale sign up and viewers looking to come to view on the same day! Excellent value for money if you're selling your home and are happy to show people around yourself. If you don't have the time to be doing your own viewings this isn't the service for you, but if you can do it yourself you'll save a lot of money compared with other agents. Online Estate Agent provided first class support, great photos and was always on the other end of a phone or email. They gave us valuation advice, guided us on using open viewings and monitored how our property was doing on the major property sites used - Daft, MyHome, Zoopla. He was brilliant in arranging viewings, getting viewers details, passing on info and helping us make the important decisions. Most importantly he was a skilled negotiator which is what you really want from an estate agent. And he was always pleasant and you felt he had time for you.
