Would definitely recommend to anyone and if you have any reservations about the fact they work on a different model please don't, they are the way forward and they make selling a house a way more personal and yet efficient process from start to finish as well as saving you £££s. It was lovely to be able to hand the keys over in person and know that your home was going to someone who would love it as much as you did.

Although, like most house sales there were lots of issues (all of which were out of my and their control) even though the offers came rolling in right away, the team were more than happy to help address these, more or less immediately update the ad status etc. Be prepared to move fast as they are very efficient and effective at getting you good quality potential buyers!

Johnathan had the ads up right away, I think it was within 24hrs I had viewers out offering the asking price. When I called to update Sarah on progress she was always a great support, she is as knowledgeable/experienced as she is friendly/professional and reminded me at one stage when I was feeling the pressure that pressure was for tyres! :-D

I took the advertise only package which worked really well for me as I have a flexible schedule, was living there to accommodate last minute and evening viewings and didn't mind giving up chunks of my weekend to sell my house and as well as being a people person generally so enjoyed that more personal part of it.

Others may feel more comfortable paying the extra for one of their other packages to handle the negotiation part, especially if its a rental house you are selling or you have a busy lifestyle, however and if you do pay that tiny bit more for this service I have no doubt they would do a brilliant job of getting you a good price for your house. I contacted them online for a free valuation as I wasn't sure whether to sell or rent my house out and they promptly called me back to arrange a time that suited me best. Johnathan came out, talked through the valuation and explained what they offered and I was very happy with it so asked if he could go ahead and take the pictures, because what he offered was so good I knew I would definitely go through them either way. I think it was a few weeks before I decided to sell on an advertise only basis and they weren't pushy or anything, I just called Johnathan up and he had the house on Propertypal, Zoopla and their Facebook page in no time and sent me though the links. I had also wanted to use Propertynews as I use it looking for places in Belfast, but Johnathan said he didn't think I would need it for the rural area (and to be honest was right as nearly everyone contacted through property pal and one property developer came through through Zoopla) but they would happily put it on if I transferred an extra £25 or so and again he sent through the link right away which got me about another 100 views a month so happy with that. Right away they began to email me through the viewing requests (name and number) which I found efficient as I get my emails on my smartphone and its cuts down on the number of calls to take and make. The first person to view was a cash buyer who came to view straight away and offered my asking price all in the same day so I cancelled the other viewings and asked Sarah to keep the details of anyone else who contacted in, in case anything would happen with the sale. We chose to use "online estate agent Ni" after meeting Jonathan at a property which we were viewing. He was very down to earth but also very efficient. We hadn't moved house in over 20 years and he explained the process to us and was quick to respond to any other enquiries we had along the way. Sarah arranged all our viewings. She made a big effort to try and arrange as many as she could in block viewings so that they went't scattered all over the place making life a lot easier for us.The price for selling with them is the price you pay. Having dealt with 'traditional' estate agents in the past who do very little to earn your 1%, I can highly recommended Jonathan & Sarah. Their very competitive one off fee does not reflect how hard they both work to get your house sold. To date I have been most impressed with how well they keep in contact - always being at the other end of a text, email or phone when required, even if its just for a catch-up. Excellent hassle free (so far) listing and sale. Jonathan and the team have kept me updated throughout the process. Property sold in 12 days from the day it was listed. Could not recommend more!! We had sale agreed and were about to complete and buyer pulled out on day of completion. Straight away within an hour Jonathan had the house up for sale again and across all social media platforms. Within 9 days we had sale agreed again. For what we paid, the service is way beyond 5 stars. Unlike any estate agent we ever dealt with!! Recommended to a friend and he had their house sold within 2 weeks.
